DOMESTIC ORDERS (U.S.A.)
We do not offer returns at this time. We accept exchanges for any new and unused items unless otherwise specified. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original tags attached. If there is makeup, deodorant, tanner, dirt, or any other kind of stains/damage, then the item is not eligible for return. Any violation of this policy means that we will not accept the exchange and it will be sent back to you at your cost. Please be understanding of this policy as we are a small company. Please do not send items back without proper authorization. Email hello@chinagirlusa.com with your order info to confirm an exchange. All shipping charges are in the hands of the buyer and a return shipping payment of $10 USD will be due for each exchange.
